Pricing FAQ
Do you charge per click?
No. Links, short URLs, QR codes, and clicks are unlimited on every plan. You pay a flat base plus a per-seat rate, so a campaign that takes off never inflates your bill.
How does per-seat pricing work?
Professional and Business each include one user in the base price. Additional active members are billed at $20 per user per month, or $15 per user per month on annual billing. Enterprise seat counts are negotiated as part of the agreement.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is an active member of your account. Adding or removing members adjusts your bill automatically, and you only ever pay for seats beyond the included allowance.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts on a 21-day Business trial with no credit card required, so you can test approval workflows and scoped workspaces with up to 10 teammates before you decide.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have not picked a plan, the account locks rather than dropping to a smaller tier. Your models, records, and history stay exactly as they are, links and QR codes stop redirecting, and everything resumes the moment you subscribe.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, and you can cancel whenever you like. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing saves 25% compared with paying monthly, on both the base price and every seat. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
How is Enterprise billed?
Enterprise is an annual, invoiced agreement rather than a self-serve card charge. Pay by ACH, wire, or check, and we handle security questionnaires, IT due diligence, and contractual paperwork as part of the engagement.
